Only products purchased through the Kloth website are eligible for the Reseller Business Program.
All reseller payments must be made through online payment methods only. Cash payments and offline transactions will not be accepted.
Resellers are not permitted to purchase products directly from the showroom.
Resellers are not permitted to place orders in their own name. Every order must be placed using the actual customer's name, delivery address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incorrect customer information may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the reseller account.
Products purchased under the Reseller Business Program are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the Company is unable to fulfill the order or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Resellers must pay only the reseller purchase amount after deducting their approved profit margin. Full payment must be completed before the order is processed or dispatched. Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of the order, suspension of the reseller account, or termination of the reseller partnership.
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the Reseller Business Program or reseller purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Products ordered through the website will generally be delivered within approximately 5 to 7 business days, subject to product availability, courier service, public holidays, and the delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
If the Company is unable to dispatch or deliver a product due to stock unavailability or any other reason attributable to the Company, the full amount paid by the reseller for that product will be refunded. The reseller shall not be entitled to claim any additional compensation, damages, losses, or expenses beyond the amount paid for the affected product.
Except for the refund described above where applicable, the reseller shall have no right to claim any additional compensation, damages, consequential losses, or any other legal remedies against the Company. The Company's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the reseller for the affected order.
Kloth Fashion Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account or partnership, without prior notice, if the reseller repeatedly cancels orders, provides false information, violates these Terms & Conditions, or engages in any activity that is harmful to the Company's business, reputation, or interests.
Resellers are not eligible for any website discounts, promotional offers, coupons, or special deals unless specifically announced by the Company as applicable to resellers.
